    Artist Wayne Dowsent has created an incredible Speed Painting of the Incredible HULK!
    The Hulk is a fictional character, a comic book superhero appearing in publications by Marvel Comics. The character was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. Hulk is portrayed as a large, green, humanoid that possesses near limitless superhuman strength and great invulnerability, attributes that grow more potent the angrier he becomes. This is Artist Wayne’s version of the Hulk.

  • ANZAC Portrait Series – Allan Brideoake – Part 1

    This is one of the most amazing stories of survival we have ever heard.
    Allan Brideoake served with the 2/19th AIF in Malaya and was captured by the Japanese in the fall of Singapore. After Changi POW Camp he was sent to work on the Thai Burma Railway. After surviving the Burma Railway Allan sailed to Japan to work in the coal mines 3 mile under the sea. This is Part 1 of Allan Brideoake’s incredible story.

    Artist Wayne Dowsent has completed another Speed Painting…It’s Iron Man!!
    Iron Man is a fictional character, a superhero who appears in comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by writer-editor Stan Lee, developed by scripter Larry Lieber, and designed by artists Don Heck and Jack Kirby.
    Throughout most of the character’s publication history, Iron Man has been a member of the superhero team the Avengers and has been featured in several incarnations of his own various comic book series. Iron Man has been adapted for several animated TV shows and films. The character is portrayed by Robert Downey, Jr. in the live action film Iron Man.

  • CONAN SPEED PAINTING

    Artist Wayne Dowsent has painted Robert E. Howard’s CONAN. Howard was an American author who wrote pulp fiction in a diverse range of genres. He is well known for his character Conan the Barbarian and is regarded as the father of the sword and sorcery subgenre.
    The speed painting is accompanied by the music score from Conan by Basil Poledouris.

  • ANZAC Portrait Series – Curly Taylor – Part 2

    Celebrations are in order, as Artist Wayne Dowsent completes his 10th ANZAC Portrait. The painting features 98 year old George Curly Taylor ‘The Little Wonder’. Curly is a 98 year old daredevil who still skydives every year on his birthday. In anticipation for his 100th, Curly has already booked in. Artist Wayne and Jacqui visited Curly in Delegate and while they were there they accompanied Curly on his 6km walk each morning. Curly served with the RAAF in New Guinea.

    98 year old George “Curly” Taylor grew up in Brisbane and left home at the age of 12 to work on a dairy farm.     The Ford XY Falcon GT is an Australian built muscle car based on the Ford XY Falcon. Released in 1970 with the GTHO Phase III released in 1971. It was the fourth in the initial series of Ford Falcon GT muscle cars.
