  • ANZAC Portrait Series – Charles Wallace – Part 2

    Prior to WWII, Charles worked as a gunsmith. He then worked with the Department of Defence as an Armorer and also served as a Sergeant with the Citizen Military Forces. In 1940, Charles joined the AIF and became C.G. Wallace. During the war Charles was posted to the Middle East and New Guinea. At the end of his distinguished military career, Charles attained the rank of Major.

  • GREAT NORTH ROAD ADVENTURE RIDE

    Adventure Artist Wayne Dowsent along with his mate Dean met early in the morning at Peats Ridge NSW. From there it was on to the Great North Road, down to lower Portland and Colo, on to Weenie creek, Bells line of road and Billpin and then all the way back through Colo heights and down to Wisemans Ferry!! What a fantastic day of Adventure Riding!!!

  • Beersheba Day 2013

    Artist Wayne and Jacqui headed up to Murrurundi with their mate WWII Veteran Allan Brideoake. They were there to attend a Commemorative Service marking the 96th Anniversary of the Battle of Beersheba, Palestine on the 31st of October,1917.
    The service was held at the Wilson Memorial Oval on Saturday, 26th October, 2013.
